Our kitchen brigade and Cabana team led by Karim and Amanda, continues to elevate the culinary experience at Mount Cinnamon whether dining at Savvy’s restaurant enjoying the stunning views, or lazing the day away at the beach club. With our changing seasonal menus and the addition of new craft cocktails, we continue to focus on the diverse local produce and ingredients the Island has to offer.
- Homemade pizzas and pastas have been added to the menu and can be delivered right to your villa. Or try our delicious homemade ice cream from pastry Chef Herron, with unconventional flavors like nutmeg, cinnamon, coconut and rosemary.
- Don’t forget our popular Friday night beach BBQ and bonfire with local entertainment and smores for dessert.
- Saturdays is Tapas Night and is great for groups and shared plates.
- The Wednesday Manager’s Cocktail Party, hosted by the resort’s own GM Mark Kitchen, is a great way to meet fellow guests and check out local vendors showing off their wares, perfect for that souvenir or gift to take home.
