Try this delicious BANANA BREAD Recipe by Chef Karim.
1 lb. ripe bananas
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. flour
1 ¼ cup vegetable oil
1 oz. baking soda
1 ¼ cup milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 F
Crush bananas using a fork. Whisk eggs until light and fluffy and add to bananas. Add dry ingredients to mixture and stir well. Add remaining oil and milk. Stir until smooth. Place in loaf pan and bake for 60 – 70 minutes.
Allow bread to cool before slicing and enjoy!
